Colonial Bag item HCR40XC is a clear can liner from the maker's High Density line, supplied on coreless rolls. How to use

Fit a liner in the container and fold the top over the rim. If the roll is kept at the bottom of the container, the next liner follows when the full one is removed. Keep each bag within the 70 lb load rating.
