These white, half-fold paper toilet seat covers are made for public and commercial restrooms. Each cover is folded in half to fit a half-fold seat cover dispenser, and the covers come in sleeves of 250. A case holds 20 sleeves, 5,000 covers in total.

The covers are disposable: each one gives the user a paper barrier on the toilet seat. Each sleeve has a tear-out section that is removed to dispense the covers.
