SPARTAN Shineline Baseboard & Wax Build-Up Stripper is a ready-to-use foaming aerosol developed for removing accumulated floor finish and wax from tight areas that are difficult to reach with a conventional rotary floor machine. Its clinging foam works on baseboards, edges, corners and stairways, helping crews target built-up coatings without preparing a large bucket of stripping solution. The manufacturer also identifies uses for cleaning old finish from floor pads, buckets, wringers and floor-machine housings, and for removing certain industrial soils and adhesive residues from compatible surfaces. A specialized valve is designed for inverted spraying so the product can be directed accurately along lower wall and floor edges. The clear foaming product has a lemon odor. Its purpose is targeted finish removal and equipment cleanup, not routine buffing or ordinary floor cleaning.

Recommended Applications

For removing wax and finish buildup from manufacturer-approved baseboards, floor edges, corners, stairs and compatible floor-care tools. Use around floor maintenance equipment only where no foam can enter electrical parts. Do not use on painted surfaces, carpet or fabric.

Directions for Use

Shake well and test a hidden area. Hold the can upside down approximately 6–8 inches from the intended surface, spray a controlled amount of foam and immediately remove overspray. For baseboards and corners, allow 3–5 minutes of dwell time, scrub with a damp abrasive pad, then rinse thoroughly with warm water. For compatible floor pads, allow around five minutes before rinsing. Never spray motors or electrical connections.
