Equipment

Equipment holds 34 cleaning tools, machines and restroom items. Floor care covers Perfect and Sanitaire vacuums, a portable carpet extractor with a 9 gallon solution tank, CHOICE floor pads, dust mop heads and frames, and a microfiber wet mop head. For dusting there are treated dust cloths and a lambswool duster. For restrooms there are two bowl brushes, a plunger, Fresh Products urinal screens and mats, and Boardwalk seat covers. Smaller items round it out: a 32 oz bottle and trigger sprayer, a caddy bag, a 7 gallon desk wastebasket and Road Runner ice melt.

Buy by the job and by the size of what you already own. A floor pad must match the pad driver of the machine, a mop head must match its frame, and a belt must match the vacuum model. For carpet, choose between a corded upright, a battery machine that needs no outlet nearby and a backpack unit for furnished offices and corridors.

Narrow the list with Vacuums, Mops or Polishing Pads.
